During this one hour CLE course, attorney Edward L. Perkins JD, LLM (Tax), CPA will look at what every litigation attorney needs to know about special needs trusts. He'll discuss:


  • Why the disabled client needs a Special Needs Trust

  • How to establish a Special Needs Trust in Pennsylvania

  • The plaintiffs' attorney's responsibility to resolve lien claims

  • Structed Settlements and the Special Needs Trust

  • Workman's Compensation set-aside arrangements and the Special Needs Trust
